We are a manufacturer. Melting, drawing, rolling and heat treatment are carried out in our own workshop, and we also run a Shanghai-based sales and service office for export orders.
Normally 7–30 days after order confirmation, depending on the grade, quantity, packing requirement and shipping method. Stock sizes of common specifications can ship faster.
T/T and L/C are the most common; D/A, D/P, Western Union and MoneyGram can also be discussed. For T/T orders, a 30%–50% deposit is usual with the balance before shipment.
MOQ depends on the grade and size. Small trial quantities and samples are available so that you can verify resistivity, dimensions and surface before batch ordering.
Yes. We supply to drawing or specification for diameter, thickness, width, temper, spool size and formed parts. OEM packing with your own label is available on request.
A mill test certificate (chemical composition and mechanical properties) can be provided with the shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV and similar) can be arranged on request at buyer cost.
Wire is supplied on ABS spools or in coils with plastic film, then packed in cartons; strip and plate are packed with moisture barrier and fixed in wooden cases. Fumigated wooden cases are used for sea freight.

Yes. Tell us the furnace type, working temperature, atmosphere, element form and power, and we will suggest suitable grades and cross-section. Different grades must not be swapped by size alone — resistivity differs, so section and length have to be recalculated.
We provide on-line technical advice for installation, element replacement and troubleshooting. If a problem occurs, contact us with photos and the working condition and we will respond promptly.
